Before and now pictures

I am not sure if I am doing this right but trying to post some before and now pictures. I had my surgery 7 months ago and have lost a total of 113lbs. I had someone tell me today that they can't tell I lost any weight then I showed them my before and now picture and they said OMG!!

Hmmm not sure if they knew you before how they couldn't tell - WOW - you look great - keep it up !

Highest (that I know of) 285 Weight when I started the process 277
Night before surgery 263 Goal weight 160

Nice! My husband can't tell, either, until I show him the old pics. He doesn't see me big or small, never has, your friend is probably the same way, to me, it's the best kind of friend to have, they never judged you!

I can see a big change! You look wonderful!
Nothing wrong with someone not noticing - they might not have ever thought of you as big before.
