My weight loss center is really good about planning field trips for us - kayaking, horse riding, bowling, laser tag, etc.

I was just thinking ...along with doing the clothing swaps/meetings ...what if we all planned to meet somewhere fun and do something as a group? Since we all live in different areas I'm sure we could come up with some fabulous ideas. Maybe we can discuss it at Flower's meeting in April???

I was thinking today that it might be fun to do some charity walks/runs together.  I know that running isn't for everyone, but most runs have a walk route too - and then hang out together like many of us did at the Walk from Obesity.

I'm also game for just doing FUN stuff like fulfilling that rollercoaster goal, giong on hikes, dancing, bowling, whatever.

I can't make it to Flower's meeting (BUMMER) cuz I work Monday and Wednesday nights, but please consider this my contribution to the suggestions!!

Do you have to run? LOL!! I have not run (other than to my car when it's raining) in over 15 years. Guess I should practice running but I'm kind of embarrassed.

I'm up for anything ladies!!

By the way here's the link for the Worcester 1/2 marathon! We all have 3 months got get ready. :)

I have been told you can run/jog/walk it if you want. They are also offering a 5k that day too!  :)

I will be doing the 1/2 marathon as I feel I  need to challenge myself. I have been lazy lately so I want to just finish this race. That's my goal.  :)

I'm doing a 4 mile run next weekend in North Oxford if anyone's interested, It's actually a run or walk event...here's the link for that one as well.
