WOW
So here it is - official weigh in day for the week and my goal has been so close for the last couple of weeks - that elusive 100 pounds lost mark - the Official "Overweight" instead of "obese" !
So on this Monday morning - the first day of March - at 5:30 AM - 46 weeks after my surgery - I stepped on the scale to find that IT IS DONE !!!! The scale said (I'm telling you I HEARD it - lol ) 162 - which is actuallly ONE HUNDRED AND ONE lbs. lost !!!!
Throughout this whole journey - as amazed as I have been - I really never saw myself getting here !! I know that many of you will understand that ..........
And again I am no longer considered OBESE but OVER WEIGHT - lol - isn't it odd that that makes us so HAPPY !!
Anyhow no one understands like you guys so of course I wanted to share BUT BUT BUT I think I would have been ok if I hadn't hit this mark - I really do try not to measure success solely by the scale - there are so many other things - how we feel, what we are able to do, medication that is gone, smaller clothes, etc etc etc.
So should be a HAPPY day - enjoy all !!!

Thanks all !! It feels a little surreal not sure why because it was a long time coming ! Like Kristen's Post a litle bit back though - I find myself worried about the future - but I know I should be concentrating on TODAY !! I'm sure it's a common phenomenon. And truthfully I'm lucky I've been happy all my life so........ BUT I haven't been this healthy in years and want to keep it that way. I guess it's like I've said a million times - life is one issue after another - we resolve one just to have it replace - lol. ONE day at a time !
