9 days post-op Lapband in Western MA

Hi all...I'm pretty new to OH and just found this MA Forum...I am 9 days post-op...had Lap band surgery on 2/12 at Baystate.  Just wanted to say hello and am excited to be starting this journey....I would love any advice, tips, recipes, etc that anyone has to offer.  I would also love to hear from other Lap band-ers and hear about your journeys/struggles!  Thanks so much!

Yay!  Congrats on your new journey!!!  I had the bypass so I'm not too familiar with the band. PROTEIN - definitely my advice!  Along with plenty of fluids and exercise!!  Writing down what I eat and keeping a food journal really helps me too.  Good luck with everything and I wish you the best!
