DON"T FEEL LIKE EATING
I don't know what stage 5 is .......
But everything gets better over time! When I'm craving "junk" I am usually craving sweet things so I head to the store and grab whatever fruits are calling to me, usually strawberries.
In the beginning I "forgot" to eat a lot especially if I was busy. In that case..it might be best to write down some kind of schedule to remind yourself.
