100 lbs. Lost - sort of

Ok Today was weigh in day - and I'm happy to report that I lost 3.4 lbs - which has me losing a tiny bit more than 100 lbs.(100 lbs.6 ozs. to be exact)  since starting the process - NOT since surgery - (I lost 13 lbs. before surgery ) but I was still pretty happy !!! and of course wanted to share !

 Highest (that I know of) 285  Weight when I started the process 277
Night before surgery 263
  Goal weight 160

Lowest weight since surgery 115 lbs.
Currently maintaining at 125 lbs.

Losing during the holidays, especially when not a fresh post-op is an incredible accomplishment, and to hit a big milestone like that!!    A+

Lis - it's nice to see a picture of you finally !! How are things with you ? Good I hope.

At this point in the "Journey" I'm still surprised to see  a loss - lol - I keep thinking I've hit the end - which I'm ok with (I think) I've lost fairly slowly each week BUT every week -so I've been pretty lucky!  It's interesting certainly !
