According to the nurse that was with me during the night... I most deffinately qualify for a CPAP. She said what they normally look for is someone who stops breathing for about 10 once in a while, however.. my breathing stopped constantly, once even lasted for a full minute. That's when she came in and had to wake me to breath. Which now it explains why I sit straight up on the side of the bed during the night. :P My breathing will regulate once i'm sitting up. So, they let me take home the mask and said results will be in 2-3 weeks. LOL! I already know..have known for years. :P

Once you get your c-pap machine and get use to it, you will sleep better then perhaps in years.
