Ok ladies not sure what's going on....

Went to an Xmas party on Friday night and did some dancing... nothing outrageous I stayed off the tables...lol

well my top leg muscle's are sooooo sore everyday getting more sore...I mean like I ran a marathon sore nothing like I've ever felt even after an exercise routine....  used my leg to open a door and it was real painful and hurts to walk down the stairs...

Could this be because I'm deficient in something and it's effecting my muscles???  Haven't really worked out faithfully since surgery maybe my skinnier legs are in shock?? lol

Just curious what you might think

Hey mamma this is SUCH NOT A WEIRD QUESTION i barely exercise just joined the gym and everytime i go out dancing i have this problem i think its our muscles getting used to the SKINNY us ao what ive been doing is stretches in the morning before i go to work and that seems to help. i would deff start stretching in the morning and see hoe it is if it keeps up check with your doc. since surg i have had issues with my right foot being knumb so just keep an eye on it

dancing moves our bodies in ways we don't normally - and since you've lost weight, everything you do is "new" to your body since there is less fat in the way.  I agree with Catherine - try and stretch out and definitely call the doctor if you aren't feeling better yet.

I have been exercising for months now, but I did my first squats over the weekend, and could hardly sit or stand for a few days.  My quads were BURNING.  I don't know how I did them again on Sunday since that was the worst of the pain, but already today they are much better, and I will do 3 sets of them tonight.  no pain, no gain - in this case.
