Holiday Get Together Specifics

Hello all - OK so here are the specifis (so far) if you have another idea - feel free to throw it in !!

We have Melissa bringing meatballs and Katie H. with brownies !!

please let me know who wants to bring what else ......

Also a good idea (thanks Mara) - if you bring food - could you bring a couple copies of the recipes - this will be a great way for us to get some and start our own recipe books !!

Also bring clothes if you would like to possibly exhange some - (just please be willing to take back what might not go) if I bring anything extra into my house - it might cause a divorce - LOL )

Also if you're comfortable bring some pictures - before and after !!! 

I think this will be fun and hope to meet lots of you - face to face !!

Also - completely optional - a YANKEE SWAP - please bring a $10.00 gift if you want to particapate !!

Any other ideas - feel free to throw them out here !!

sounds great, I will bring maybe a chicken casserole from eggface's site.  I am trying it this weekend - so if it comes out good, I will make that.

We're not real active on this board but we do alot of reading and we'd like to come and meet everyone too! I haven't seen anyone mention kids...what are the rules regarding children??? We have 2 1/2 year old twins and need to make babysitter plans ASAP if they aren't invited...Looking forward to meeting you all! We'll put our heads together about food too...we'll come up with something good!

Hi  !! I have twins too ! But mine are 21 now !! 

I actually don't mind children - love them as a matter of fact  ! I teach preschool so.......... But I
I've had no one else mention bringing them so they would probaly be the only ones !  But are welcome as far as I'm concerned - if you aren't able to make babysitting arrangements - don't let that keep you from coming - just let me know in advance I can probably bring blocks or something home from the school for them to play with !!

As of now ...I'm going! I do have a wedding to photograph on the 12th so we'll see how drained I am by Sunday morning LOL! 

I don't have any fancy recipes since I cook the same ...I just eat less.

I might have some clothes.

And of course ...I will have my camera!

Bring your clothes!!  I had surgery 5 weeks ago and I am in desparate need of clothes!  A couple years ago I "gave up" dieting and hastily threw away all my low sizes... now I am deeply regretting it!  I bought some clothes 2 weeks ago to go back to work and they are already too big!  Those were 18's.  I don't think I quite fit into 16's yet though, but maybe by the party...you neva know!! ;)
