I got the banana Chike and love it had it 2 times this week and drank the entire shake!!!  Hopefully I can keep it up faithfully

the way i look at protene now is when i get hungry or need somehting i got for a protene drink even if i cant drink the whole thing i do half and im proud of myself..

just like last night i went for my first spin class ( for my 6 month surgaversary lol ) i could only do half the class BUT I DID HALF and i was very happy with that

I buy that on Amazon, too! A pack of 3 25.4 ounce bottles for $16.30. I have bought the smaller (12 ounce) bottles at WalMart and there they are $4.16 when I can find it in the Sugar Free.
