Healthy Recipe .....
I got this last night at my support meeting at Tufts....
Sounds Yummy!!!
Pumpkin Pie In the Sky Yogurt
Serving 4 people
2 cups 0% Greek Yogurt
3/4 C Pumpkin from a can ( not pie filling it is higher in calories )
Sweeten to taste (Splenda, Stevia, Equal or Sweet and low ) be careful how much you use you can make it too sweet
1 Teaspoon of Pumkin Spice
Get a medium bowl add yogurt, pumpkin, sweetner and spice. Mix all together make sure it sits at least 3 hours or longer in fridge.
