Went at it again with office staff at TUFTS!!!!!
Ok I am so upset over the inconsistencies since 1 month prior to my surgery and seems not to be getting any better!!!!!!
I'm stuck dealing with that staff (TANIA) for the rest of my life and now feel they are out to get me!!!!!
All I have to say is thank god for DR SHIKORA!!!!! but boy the poor guy will be getting an ear full from me in Dec !!!!

that sucks that you need to deal with bad staff. Definitely tell your doctor. In fact, you may want to write a letter to him so that you mail it to him and have a copy on hand when you go next month. That way you will be sure to cover all the problems you think he should know about. Is there an office manager? you might CC him/her.

I am having the same problem at LMH. I am ready to start from the beginning some where else. My paper work was never sent in to the insurance co. and I was told it was. I have been waiting since September. I feel the woman doing the paperwork has it in for me after I had words with her for lying to me. She sent in the paper work after we had words and didn't fill out all of the info not even thr Dr.s phone number so I was denied. I got the letter yesterday so I will be at the office Monday for answers. The phone will not do this time. I am not leaving until I am satisfied.
