I think I am paranoid. Last night I stopped to get some sandwiches for my hubby & I. I was craving Roast Beef so I stopped and got a small roast beef sandwich and I ate most of it. It kinda surprised me that I could eat it. I did eat it slowly but still....does one big meal ruin the tiny pouch?

I did goof up yesterday and was out shopping for a bit and I didn't snack and I think that is why I was so hungry.  It was wierd hearing my stomach growl.

Your pouch is fine.  I wouldn't repeat the meal, but one big meal isn't going to ruin you.  I'm jealous you didn't puke the whole thing up - that's what happens to me if i overeat.  Good thing you took it slow!

I'm also worried, I'm about a month out and have been able to tolerate anything I eat, I haven't vomitted or anything the most I get is a sharp pain from eating too fast. I've been eating a variety of foods (i probably shouldn't be eating at this "stage") but have still managed to lose weight. Did I mess up?
