~~ TAKE A MOMENT FOR YOURSELF ~~
OK EARLIER TODAY I JUST TOOK A MOMENT AND LOOKED IN THE MIRROR ANS SAID TO MY SELF "WOW I CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE"" I NEVER REALLY STOPPED AND GAVE MYSELF THAT MOMENT TO ANALYZE IT THERE IS SO MUCH PRESSURE AND EXPECTATION WITH LOOSING SO MUCH THAT WE DONT STOP AND GIVE OUR SELF FOR THE CREDIT AND ACCOMPLISHMENT AT HAND.. I SURVIVED THRU THE SURGARY, I AM LIVING IT DAY BY DAY FOR BETTER OR WORSE... WHEN THEY SAY WE TOOK THE EASY WAY OUT I STOP AND THINK " IF YOU ONLY KNEW"" YOU THINK I WANTED TO LOOSE MY GURLS A LIL ( LOL) NO... ON ASERIOUS NOTE WE ALL HAVE ACCOMPLISHED MORE THEN WE EXPECTED I KNOW I DID.. TAKE A MOMENT AND BREATH AND TAKE IT ALL IN... I AM..

I try and make the first thing i think of every day that i no longer take any medication. my diabetes GONE. Skinny feels good, but man, health is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!
