two months out lack of protene struggling

ASK DEIDRE ABOUT IT I KNOW THAT ONE TIME SHE ASKED ME TO TRY IT IT WASNT GOOD BUT I HAS THE AMT OF PROTEIN GRAMS LIKE A SHOT OF GOODNESS FOR YOUR BODY.....HAVE YOU HAD YOUR BLOOD WORK CHECKED FOR ANEMIA....IS THAT WHY YOUR TIRED? ARE RESTING AND EATING WELL.....YOU HAVE TO CHANGE UP YOUR DIET CAUSE IT GETS BORING AFTER A WHILE.....HOW YOU BEEN?
hey mamma i am switchin up my diet and tryn new things like fish and if its friend i just eat the meat not outside... water im working on i am doing one decaf coff a day i think i am seein her next week so ill ask her she told me 2 wks ago i gotta get more water and protene in... im working on it how are u doin?? hey hows your brother i hope hes doin well
The tired could be dehydration, lack of protein... any number of things. You gotta keep in close touch with your nutritionist. Having any luck with any of the sugar-free flavored drink mixes? I know at Walmart you can get a bunch of different flavors - orange, lemonade, pomegranet, mango... a lot of people don't do well with the plain water.
Did you like the "coffee" that Jayne made? that was a protein drink that could replace your coffee..

Ok, first off, you just had MAJOR surgery less than three months ago....you should be tired. You are still healing and recovering. Give it time!
Do everything you can to get in the fluids and the protein. They are important and you don't want more problems cause you didn't get them in.

i am trying wlll i was drinking 2 decaf hot coffee in the mornign at work and struggln with water so what i decided to do and i have been doing this since friday is i have one medium decaf coff with skin milk and 2 splenda at work and i make a gallon of crystel light at work (i put more water than the package says ) and i just drink that i dont drink the whole thing but more than half and i try yo get crystel light in at night which i have been inproving on... and i sttarted lean cuisines for lunch and every other night for supp. i snack on peanuts during day. and pretzels im not doing breakfast tho and i am gonna start either trying a shake on the way to work ( i had a slimfast choc shake today only 5 grams sug and 20 protene but i got nauses and had diarea after ...) so trying... i really dont have a appetite but i kniw i gotta eat... but i am working on my water and i went out the other night and you know they say you wont be able to drink alot... dont really believe that i know i drank to much and (i think i got dumping syndrome) i know i shouldnt be drinking and trust me i learned my lesson......
