What can I take?
benefiber chewables or powder... i also take a few softeners every day. Milk of Magnesia can get you out of a jam.

along with these medications...also try some exercise...even some walking around the block.
also try to increase your fluid intake. Also..if you have about 5 sugar free hard candies (like CVS has them in a bag on a peg) that will move you. Also, sometimes we are very busy and need to take a hot tub to relax us to be able to let things move along.
I do hope all the other posters and these tips help. I know how dreadful the Constipation can be, and I work in a preventative approach.
