never mind protein, i want some freaking ice cream
there I said it!
Seriously, stage 4 seems like eons to me and I am less than 2 weeks into it. I miss hearing foods crunch, i miss the coldness of ice cream. When can I have some no sugar added bryers?
Also, I am still battling with the chewable vitamins. I have tried flinstons and centrum and they make me want to gag. I will probably call the nutritionist tomorrow unless you all have some ideas. Is there a reason why I just can't cut up a one a day into a few pieces?

I feel better just reading these, thank you!!
I took my son and a neighbor kid on some errands and the did pretty well so I took them to DQ. Well they have a fudge bar that is no fat and low sugar!! So I bought one and it was just enough to make me feel like I could participate! I probably ate a 1/5 of it at that and a whole bar is only 50 calories and I think 4 or 5 grams of protein and 5 grams of sugar. Healthier than their sugar free/low sugar bars.
