PROTENE SNACKS
I am not at the right stage yet, but I do know that on Bariatriceating.com they have some suggestions. I also went to the lo carb store in Danvers. I believe they have a web site to order items. I was at the store today and they had pretzel sticks in an individual bag that had 10 grams of protein.

at a regular grocery store i would buy:
low fat cheese
cold cuts
turkey pepperoni
soy crisps (in the organic aisle - I like cheddar flavored)
skim milk
carnation instant breakfast
soy nuts
almonds
peanuts
walnuts (ok, any nuts)
yogurt
