You look amazing! COngratulations.  I am wondering were you able to tone up your arms? Mine aren't huge huge but they aren't toned either.  I know what you mean about the plastic surgery. I wonder how much just some lipo will help me as I go further down the line, but I think a tummy tuck is inevitable for me, after 2 babies I just have no muscle tone in my lower tummy.

my arms don't look TOO bad right now, but i haven't lost as much off the top as i have the bottom...so it could get ugly.  i haven't even started weight training yet.  thighs are ugly.   I'm seeing LBL in my future.

I remember asking Dr Shikora if at the end of the day when I took my clothes off if I was going to look like Jabba the Hutt - he said no. I hope he is right! I guess I will be buying a lot of spanx!

I hope mine comes off the bottom. I can see it a little bit but I see it coming off the top faster. I need it to come off the bottom more than I do the top.

Hi Sue..you look great and should be proud of yourself!  I am patting you on the back!!
I will say when I lost the weight with the band and then now...it came off more noticible up top but it did also come off the lower half.
I'll tell you about my exercise challenge to myself. I had not done any exercise during the winter..not even walking. I was a slug and that isn't a good combination.
In March, I left the doctor after loosing like 5 pounds and confessing the reason was the lack of exercise. I went to the gym, signed up for a membership and bought a pass of personal trainng sessions. yes they cost a few bucks..but I got rid of the house cleaner, worked a little overtime and figured if daughter needed an extra speech therapy session I would pay for it..so time to pay for Momma! I said I was giving myself 12 weeks for results.   In 3 weeks my face got a little thinner. In 6 weeks my bra was bagging ....now I am 14 weeks into this. I had my doc appt 2 weeks ago.  I (only) lost 5 pounds..but I lost almost 2 clothing sizes.  So....it worked and I'll keep at it.  I wish I had more time, for I go 2 x week....for about 2 hours. One hour I work on the cardio stuff then 1 hour training.
I 'll tell I wasn't a gym believe but now I am!   So....Sue...sign up...you'll be finished in your journey in no time at all.
