hopefully the dietician you probably have seen will have some idea of what to do to lose the weight.
As for me, I drank two carnation instant breakfasts (sugar free) a day with a regular well balanced meal (appropriate portion sizes, usually consisting of baked chicken/fish and two veggies, piece of fruit etc...)for dinner and it came off.

i would also add to that - LOTS of water, and any exercise you can do.

Hi Kim! You sound like me one week ago! I was in your shoes and of course waited until the last minute to loose the weight. did a slim fast for breakfast and lunch and a light dinner like raisan brand cereal. Not that I would reccomend this, but I also took exlax to clear out my stomach from eating so much junk! It worked, I lost 11 pounds in 5 days! You can DO IT!
