Seen Nut. Need help

I have seen the nut. and I am having a hard time finding things to eat I am spose to eat 3 snacks a day 150 cal and 6 g protien. any suggestions I need to loose before I see her again in end of july.

no fat yogurt - Greek style
low fat cheese
"roll up" of turkey deli meat
turkey pepperoni

I haven't checked the calories/grams for these items, but you can find them on fitday.com or thedailyplate.com.

im still pre op but my nut mentioned for snacks some nuts or a slice of whole wheat bread with some peanut butter on it, lf string cheese, a single serving to-go container of lf cottage cheese, edamames/soy beans, tuna pack with a few crackers, hard boiled eggs
