I was able to have:
EAS shakes
SF pudding
SF rice pudding
SF tapioca pudding
cottage cheese
ricotta cheese
broth
FF cream soups made with skim milk
greek yougurt
SF popsicles

I found i liked FF brocolli and cheese soup ( i pureed it so there were no chunks)
i would take ricotta cheese and pour a little tomato soup over it ( fake lasagna)
i would mix SF lemon pudding into greek yougurt ( also added an equal, tasted like a lemon square)
I would have a laughing cow wedge (so yummy)

each plan is different but i hope this helps you out

Kristin

Here's what i lived on:
No sugar added carnation instant breakfast
water
scrambled eggs
broth
mashed potato w/unflavored protein powder
skim milk
reduced fat cheddar cheese
turkey breast meat pureed with fat free gravy
sugar free fat free pudding
puree pot roast
spoonful of peanut butter
sugar free popsicles
turkey hill sf, ff ice cream with sf chocolate syrup
mashed sweet potato

I didn't even attempt any kind of white carb (except potato) for a while.  I still haven't eaten pasta/noodles and I do not have rice (white or brown) with any regularity.  Same is true for bread.  a bite here and there, but not a regular thing.
