2 week post op
had my appointment yesterday. All is good! I'm down 20 pounds ( OMG!!) and the best of all...............no more mush foods!!!!!!!!! I was told to start stage 4 which is mostly protien, chew chew,, chew your food to a pulp. and adding my vitamins. Can I tell you, i had some turkey chili last, and it was HEAVEN. I got pretty full from the serving too. I think that I am going to make my own chili though. the canned one they reccomend has way too much salt. Plus, my family will be able to eat it too.
