Mint Protein Shake
Ok, I am hooked!!!
On bariatriceating.com I found a shake that had 2 regular oreos in it and I thought ...why not mint oreos???
It's:
2 crumbled mint oreos
1 scoop of vanilla protein
1 scoop of sugar free vanilla frozen yogurt
Splash of milk - add more or less milk depending how thick you want it.
I blend in my blender.
They are so good and even my 9 yr old likes it. The oreos may not be 'friendly' to everyone but if you know you can handle it ..it is worth trying.
