Outing in Littleton on Sunday, May 31st (SIGN-UP SHEET)

We usually sit around and talk. Before and after pictures are always popular. We have had people at different stages in the past - those considering surgery, recent patients, and success stories. All are welcome.
The pool should be nice and warm by then. I'll have a grill operating. We usually each bring a dish to share. Some of us eat a little, some of us eat a little more. There will be something for everyone. If you are scheduled for surgery soon or a recent surgery, I can make protein drinks.
I'll send directions out to each of you personally prior to the event. We live 5 minutes from the route 2/495 interchange.

Suggestions of what to bring:
something that you can eat and think that others might like to try.
In the past others have brought casseroles, something for the grill, cheeses, and even desserts.
I have paper and plasticware covered.
