Hi there,
I live in Braintree. I have considered joining a gym. I haven't done any exercise since having my surgery almost two years ago. Actually I haven't been doing very good in the food department as well. So maybe this would be good for me. Let me know if you get some people to join you.
Does Planet Fitness have a pool? Where is it located? I'm available during the days on Mon/Tue/Thur

I know, I really should do that. I have such a hard time getting everything I need done, done. Too many things on my plate I guess! I will definitely work on that. However that means I have to acknowledge my big mess ups. Let's see. I haven't had any blood work in about 18 months. I never had my one year blood work done. Haven't been to the doctors in a long time. I know he isn't very happy with me. I don't take my calcium...at all. I do take my vitamin though. I eat tons of sugar. I mean tons...barely eat protein. Basicly, I'm doing everything I'm not suppose to be doing.
I did speak with my doc about 6 months ago and he told me that the majority of people that have this surgery do not crave sugar at all. I'm the opposite. He suggested putting me on two meds that might combat this...however I took one of the meds many years ago and had a very bad reaction to it...so that scares me.
Maybe if I start exercising that would be the start to getting back on track. Even walking in the morning.
Another reason why I haven't exercised is that they told me if I lose more weight they will put me on protein shakes...so keep the calories up. I had wanted to get to 135 (I'm at 144) but they don't want me that low. For my body size 135 seems to be on the high end of normal. Even my regular doc said that she didn't understand why they don't want me to lose more. Of course my bariatric surgeon and doctor want me to exercise.
Now that you know my life story LOL!!!
BTW, I'm a professional photographer...so when you reach goal, and you will, I'll have to photograph you in your hot new body!
Good luck with the doctor. I bet there won't be any issues! Do you get a date for surgery when you meet with them?
