Can someone give me some advisment here pleaseeeeee!

Ok.. So Im trying to get back on track because I havent been the best over the past few months....
 Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast: Protien Shake
Snack: Lowfat Cheese Stick
Lunch: Benefiber yogurt and 2 slices of low sodium turkey and low fat cheese roll up
Snack: 1 Plain rice cake and a teaspoon of organic peanut butter
Dinner: 4 ounces of grilled chicken and carrots.

Drank well over 4 ounces of water and had a large coffee with skim milk and splenda...

Am I doing ok? I need to get back on track.... Anyone?????

I am still Pre-op (going on Tuesday!) but it seems good to me.  I think you should be drinking a lot more water especially with the Large Coffee because that will dehydrate you.

I am only 3 months out but it sounds fine to me.  I'd up the water tho.  They want me to get in about 64ozs per day. 
Just keep thinking protein first and water second and you'll be fine.
