Hello everyone!
Surgery was uneventful and they cut me loose from the hospital around 6pm this evening.  I just had a lovely Carnation Instant Breakfast hot chocolate.  my blood sugars are coming way down and i'm off all oral meds for my comorbidities.

Congrats to Joanne from P-town who stopped in to see me my first night in...she went to the loser's bench on monday.

Thanks for all the good thoughts - I've received lots of love in the hospital.

Hi Sue, I am glad you are home and surgery went well.
Enjoy your days off from work.  Don't forget to go outside of the house..take a small walk in your neighborhood, or .have your friend drive you even to  just CVS just to get fresh air and change the environment.  The house blues can sneak up on you(all of us) after surgery --especially now that our windows are closed and the days are shorter.
Let us know if we can help you out in any way. Joan

Congrats Sue!
I can't echo more what Joan says about getting out of the house a bit...I got some cabin fever early out and that was the hardest thing for me!

Take care girl!
