My 1st WOW moment

Had my RNY on 7/28/08.  Started @ 326 and now 240.6 I am sooooooooooo excited I can't even believe I got under 250.  I went to the Avenue to get an outfit to go out last night and I went right to the 30/32 shirt because that's what I am so used to and low and behold I needed an 18/20 I just let the tears roll down my face.  Off to get a pair of jeans again I went to the size 24 and I said ok Jen ... I ended yup with one pair of 18's and even a pair of 16's.  My hair was very long and I even chopped it off. Here's my WOW moment. At the party last night my own brother who I havent' seen since my surg walked right by me last night. I looked at my boyfriend and just said is he serious.... 2 seconds later he turns around and says   OMG  OMG  I walked right by my own sister.  He picked me up and started to cry.  He was so excited for me. Just all the positive attention that I got all night made my head a little big ...

Great WOW moments!!!... I'm so happy for you .. great job!
I'm 187-ish and wear the same size as you(18/20) .. it's odd how much everyones body can be so different... but wear the same size.

The other thing I noticed is where I buy my clothes from .  The sizes are all so different.  I had my surg @ St Elizabeths and last week the had a fashion show. It was people who were 1 to 5 years post op who wanted to share there story and let everyone see there new look.  Well I sat there and watch all these girls and I was like  OH hell yeah that's me next year.  SO I have been going to the gym 4 times a week and working hard at losing all my extra weight. I want to look good on the fashion show :).

THAT IS GREAT THE RNY IS NO JOKE I HAVE TO COMMENT ON YOUR SURGEON SHE IS AMAZING SHE DID MY BAND BACK IN 2006 DR PECQUEX  IS AMAZING TELL HER WHEN YOU SEE HER JUDY SAID HELLO SHE WILL KNOW EXAVTLY WHO I AM TAKE CARE AND GOOD LUCK YOU HAVE MORE WOW MOMENTS TO COME
