It finally happened at this morning's weigh-in!! I moved the slide on the scale over to 200 and it was too much!!! I slid it back to 150 and kept pushing the other slide over. It was balanced at 199!

there have been several other times in my life when I broke out of the 200's and thought that I will never see that number again. This time I am certain because I have the tool to keep it off!

So happy for you.  I'm looking forward to the day I can slide that scale under 200.  Already feeling great to imagine under 200.  So excited for you and keep up the good work.

Hi Jayner;

I am so happy for you! I know the feeling when you get weigh less than 200 lbs. I remember the feeling back in the winter of 08. I haven't weigh 199 since My daughter was born 10 years ago! Current weigh now is 158lbs. I am so happy for you! Keep up the good work :)

Hey Jayne...that's AWESOME!!!!!

What kind of scale do you have?

Ellie

I am fairly certain that given a cape and a nice tiara, I could save the world.

This was the old fashioned scale at the nurse's office at work. The big, tall think that also measures your height.

Thanks for all the good wishes and kind thoughts. This is a ONEDERFUL day!!!!
