Just wondering if anyone is currently doing the I can change program through Tufts Health...
Hi there,
I started it in March and finish in September. It's a breeze, and kind of a joke. You must set and achieve 2 goals during the 6 months, and they can be just about anything - lower your portions of carbs, give up soda, whatever. One of mine was to give up eating the skin on chicken. You talk to your coach on the phone once per month and they send you a pamphlet to read.
You can PM anytime to ask specific questions!

Hi Amanda! I completed the I Can Change program last year, and I agree with notCasey, its a joke, i didnt lose one pound and didnt learn anything i didnt already know and believe me i tried to get out of even participating in it my PCP wrote Tufts a letter on my behalf and everything but they forced me to participate so i did and finally had my surgery 1/29/08. So just do what they ask and it will make it worth it in the end.
Good Luck!
Good Luck!
