Pill crushing

Can anyone please add their comments on pill crushing?   I'm 4 months post RNY and the only pill I take daily,  other than my supplements, is my thyroid medication.   It's very small and I'm not sure if I can get away with not having to cru**** Any advice/comments would be greatly appreciated! try and see how you feel I take a small effexor pill I can swallow and my coumadin and I dont crush them and I am okay

I don't crush any of my pills, and I take about 4-5 pills a day, for anxiety.  Not to mention regular vitamins, and calcium and iron, and none are chewable.

Make sure you check with your prescribing MD or Pharmacist before crushing any of your meds. Some can be harmful especially if they are ER tabs (extended release).
