HI IM NEW HERE

hI ALL  i am from southcoast has rny 5/30/7 lost 100 lbs but struggled all the way with  this surgey I could eat more than I should and I don't get dumping I still have 50 lbs or more to go/  I am strugging here to keep up with weight loss any suggestions

Welcome! I have a similiar issue. I feel I eat more than I should be able to as well.  My center suggests going back to basics. Weigh and measure your portions, journal your food and fluids and of course exercise daily! Hope
