5months out and 96lbs lost... at 196 right now..

I am 5 months post and down to 196lbs i started at 292. Soo its been a great beg of the year. I need to start exercising i havent did an at all since surg, Because of vit issues. but now i signed up for a membership to a gym and will start doing some cardio....Which is great for the skin.

WOW!! You lost 96lbs in 5 months without any excercise!! That's great. Keep up the good work. I haven't had surgery yet, but hopefully I can be as successful as quick as you.

Only this i do i chase 4 kids around. And thats about it. nothing formal nothing else . i went from a 24jeans to a 14 also.
