ONE YEAR

omg.  it's my one year today too!  i just realized that reading Joanne's post.  I've got to get my pictures on here.  i am down about 97 pounds!  I am in a size 6-8 jeans.  I have no boobs left...lol.  anyway, congrats to you Joanne and Cher.  Good to read your posts.  Lot's of changes in a year.  I would do this again in a heartbeat but the worry of gaining it back is there for me too.  i try to be vigilant for the most part but i have my days.  Good to hear you all are doing great.

Glad to hear you are doing well.  size 6-8 rocks...can't even picture myself there! The worry about regain sounds completely normal to me.  That worry is something that we can use to help keep ourselves motivated though.  97 lbs...you are right on the verge of the century mark but I am guessing you might be at goal already and don't need to lose the 3 lbs. Congrats!
