NWH PUREE STAGE
Hey Chrissy,
I know for me they told me to mostly focus on fluids, stay hydrated before u think about protein, although it is important, preventing dehydration is a big focus for you. During the puree stage i stayed with yogurts, popsicles, jello, protein shakes ( which were gross haha) just basic soft foods, also broth. Im not much of a help this first month fo rme was very tough, you'll get through it though, maybe other people have some beter ideas for ya. Just thought i would chime in =)

Hi I do carnation instant breakfast three times a day.
And one soup a day that i put unjury protein powder to.
I try to do a yogurt or a smoothie a day and 20 ounces of cran berry juice light which is my morning fluids and 20 ounces of crystal lite which is my afternoon fluids.
then if i get any more fluid in at nite i am ahead of the game.
I am not hungry but make myself eat. I always was very well hydrated so drinking alot and all the time is not hard for me. I constantly have my glass of juice or water beside me. I add more ice if it gets too warm.
