I had my RNY (open) on 08/18/05 by Paul Kispert MD at the Dartmouth Hitch**** Medical Center.  I've been pretty well except for the last 6 months.  I've got intractible nausea.  I'm taking 4 types of anti emetics which help  "some" of the time, but not all of the time. My surgeon here thinks I should go to Massachusetts or Connecticut. Does anyone have any suggestions of a surgeon who's got alot of RNY experience and will check out someone  elses patient? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance, KC-NH

Hi, Yes, there is a girl in our support group who had her original surgery elsewhere and needed a revision.  Dr. Donald Hess at Boston Medical center did her revision (and my lap RNY). He is the most caring, skilled surgeon you could ever hope for! His track record is flawless, too. There's a link to his info page on this forum.  Best of luck! Laurie

Dr. Daniel Jones of Beth Israel Deaconess was my surgeon and he is wonderful.

Good Luck
