Just spreading the wonderful news! I have been approved for gastric bypass surgery! YIPPEEEEEE! I want to shout it from the roof tops! I will be having my surgery on Tuesday, August 14th. Wish me luck! I'm so excited!

Dana, That's fabulous! I'm so glad you have dear Dr. Hess as your surgeon; I'd trust him to operate on me for anything, I never met such a skilled and caring person before. I'll be praying for you!

congrats......its all downhill from here! i am going today for my 1 week post op appointment already.....what a process. you had one of the sme reasons i wanted to lose too.....my kids. way to go! take care
