I recently purchased Citracal Creamy Bites calcium suppliment but am afraid to take these because the ingredients state "sugar". Is it ok to take this hav ing a little sugar in the pill?  Not alot come sugar free I've noticed and these look so yummy! I'm 5 days out from surgery and am still learning... I have 2 every night before I go to bed. The lemon creme is my favorite. It is like having a treat they are so good. I have had no problem at all. Clare

These are the ones my NUT recommended.  I prefer the caramel.  I've taken 2 a day since returning home from the hospital.  Enjoy!

These were the prefered calcium chews by my NUT.  I enjoy the caramel - a lot!  I take 2 a day.  Enjoy!

These seem to be the # 1 choice for chewable calciums.  My DR reccommends taking them 3 times a day - not all at the same time.  However, I can't stand them, They are too cakey for me, I did find some wonderful liquid calcium citrate called Tropical Oasis. It's taste reminds me of a green popsicle. Not like drinking a coke, thats for sure, but for me, it goes down quick and easier than the chews.
