3 Month Follow up Today

Hey All, Just dropping by to let everyone know I had my 3 month appt was today and here are the results. I am offically down 96 pounds!!! WOW. And that puts me at 50% excess weight loss since surgery. Dr. Partridge was thrilled with my progress and said I am doing great. She did say my loss to date is well above average but seeing that I am not throwing up and I am able to eat most foods there is no problem. I guess the excersice and motivation is working for me.
