12 Year Bandiversary!

Hi Everyone,

Well as of Jan 22nd, it will be my 12th bandiversary. I can't believe it. I am still grateful for my band. I still feel great and have no regrets. It hasn't been easy but it was worth it. I wish everyone the best of luck in their journey.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

12 years...Congratulations. I was 7 years on the 18th. Lost 100 and got to goal, but up 40 over the last three years, but still trying every day. Still down 60 and grateful for that.
