Make a Committment to Get Back on Track
Hello, Everyone.
Many of us have gotten off track with our weight loss and the bands. There are many reasons for this, but those reasons are not so important in the grand scheme of things. The importance seems to be in looking forward to improve our health.
I want to know if there are any of you that WANT TO GET BACK ON TRACK with your weight loss? If you want to move forward towards success, please decide now to join me in committing to the you of tomorrow.
My plan is simple:
- Hit the gym each morning before work for an hour
- Have a morning protein drink (make with Raw Fit Protein powder and almond milk) after the workout
- Cup of hot tea midmorning
- Beans for lunch daily (I cook a large pot of beans every Sunday and eat it for lunch all week)
- Carrots and ranch dressing for midafternoon snack
- Soup and salad for dinner daily (soup is homemade)
- Write in my journal daily (my progress, my challenges, my successes, etc)
- Visit this site for support
If you are ready to get back on track, what will your daily plan be?

Protein shake for breakfast daily
Track calories on My Fitness Pal
On days that I cant make it to the gym or an exercise class I will walk for at least 1/2 hour
Aim for 3 days a week gym or exercise class
Remind myself daily why I am on this journey and why I chose the lap band over other forms of wls.
