Does anyone have any problem with food coming up or out of nose at night? If so what are some solution you do to prevent this? Are there any lighter foods to eat to prevent this?

It happens but it's not "normal", per se. Usually it's a matter of eating too close to bed time. It's a good idea to stop eating at least a couple of hours before lying down and/or going to sleep.

You need a bit of an unfill ASAP.

It means you are very much too tight and yes your band can tighten without a fill. You need at least a partial unfill asap before you end up with aspiration pneumonia. This can kill you if choke on it!

This should not happen. You need a defill and soon. If it is just once, then it can be put down to late eating of heavy foods, but it sounds like it is happening more than that.  Just a small defill may do th  trick,

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
