New week, new goal?

Minimum 1 hour of activity per day.
My husband and I have a huge fitness goal set for early Fall, as we are planning to go to Spain and walk 200km of the Camino de Santiago le Compestela pilgrimage (in 11 days).
we are training with lots of walking with packs on the weekends and I am spinning, using the elliptical, doing Bodyworks and incline treadmill work on other days.
I am hoping to lose a pound a week to make up for the 12-15 pound pack I will be toting on my trip.
