I am going to the doctor's today... I have gained so much weight back.  I am not doing anything I was doing.   I am eating everything and of course I not keeping it... I am drinking empty calories  ( coffee flavored sugar drink... (collattas) soda)   eating a ton of pasta  butter cheese cream.... so I am packing on the lbs... I am not even sure what I weigh but My clothes are way too tight... and I can not fit into some of them... I want to tell him to take all the liquid out and forget about the whole thing... But I am dont want to die in my 50's or lose my limbs to diabetes like my grandmother.... Help me ... What can I do.... It is not the skill to know what not to eat ... it the will......

can you provide some guidence?

By not keeping it do you mean throwing it back up? If so you are too tight and keep irritating your stomach every time you do. Any time you vomit you need to go 24-48 hrs with liquids only. Also get a partial unfill so you are not too tight. You have a much better chance of succeding if you can eat the proper foods, protein first, then veggies. Also you may want to consider some counceling to see why you are having difficulty with the eating. Many people find it very helpful. Good luck to you, you are making the first step by seeing your doctor!

You most definitely need to get some kind of counseling.  If you cannot get your eating under control then no matter what device you use, you may lose weight, but you will ultimately gain it back.  Diabetes is not a disease to play around with, you will die from it, my mother did and I was well on my way to it as well.  You have to find a way to get your head in the game before you can do anything else.  Even with the surgery or any surgery, it is hard work and it is a life change.  You cannot eat the same foods, you must move your body.  You can do this with the right help  Good luck to you!

Simply put, you have to decide that you are worth more than that food. You deserve a healthy, fit body. I would recommend counseling to help you deal with your emotions and food choices. Sending hugs your way.

This seems to be a cry out for help & this is the right direction to go. It appears your struggles are beyond your control. Please seek counseling because you are worth far more than food. Your tool will never help you if you don't first understand your worth! God bless you and I pray you find a solution to this bump in the road quickly. You are SO worthy of being healthy!
