What's the deal with this "happy weight" business?

One of my best friends revised to the sleeve a couple of years ago.  The same thing happened to her.  She just blew past her goal weight and kept losing without trying.  She got to a size 0.  However, after maintaining at that weight and size for at least 6 months, she put back on about 15 pounds.

I was hoping that I would have the same experience, but *sigh*, I did not.  LOL  My slow loss after the revision was mainly due to me not eating the right foods.  I have been doing well the last 6 weeks and lost 7 pounds in April.  So, I am just thankful that my tool still works, when I work it.

I am sure your body WILL stabilize soon.  Just don't go and eat junk food.........learn from me!  ha ha

I'm glad you're back on the weight loss track, Melly. 7 pounds in one month is fabulous!

Last week I rediscovered an evil slider food when my husband came home with a bag of sea salt and balsamic vinegar potato chips from Kroger's. As my great aunt Adeline would have said, OH MY SOUL. Fortunately, going to the nearest Kroger's is very inconvenient (70 miles round trip).
