Whatcha eatin Friday?
I am finally in my own bed, at least for a few days. I didn't get to exercise yesterday as I had planned, didn't count on a migraine to kick in!!!!! Oh well.....
Breakfast:
Green protein drink! Sounds gross, but is actually delicious!!!!!!!
Fage plain nonfat yogurt/cucumber/kale/spinach & frozen strawberries!!!!
EXERCISE:
A.M. walking for sure (I will have time today to let imitrex kick in before heading out)
Gotta work off my stress pounds

Lunch:
fish & veggies
EXERCISE:
2 mile walk (checking in with my boss, I will need this walk!)
***Saturday spinning! I so missed my gym! Did that just come outta my mouth? I can't even believe I said that!
Dinner:
probably more fish cause I ain't cooking!

Exercise is not a LUXURY!
Exercise is a NECESSITY
Did OK yesterday, did have some more nuts and cheese at the end oft the night then I planned. I woke up really early yesterday morning and it kinda threw me off. I worked out with my trainer.
Today's plan
B- Yogurt and Fiber one
S- Protein Shake
L- Chili
S- Berries and cheese
D turkey and Kale chips
Have my trainer again for weights and I plan to go in early and do 30 min. on the treadmill.

It's just been one of those mornings when everything seems to be due at once, ugh!!!
B-Vanilla Chai tea w/ FF milk; handful of Carmel chocolate bites (yuck, nasty!!!!)
S-Cashews
L-Stewed chicken, chickpeas and spinach
S-Blackberries
D-Stewed chicken, mashed cannellini beans, steamed broccoli florets and carrots
Water throughout the day.
Edited to add: Power walk the track during lunch; Power walk after dinner.
Breakfast: cheese crackers, coffee with sugar free creamer
Lunch: taco
Dinner: Peach smoothie
