I am living life! Realize Band is a tool that together with diet and exercise will help you. I must say that Dr Monash and staff have been with me every step of the way. I have lost 90lbs and feel Gr8t!

I am 48 yrs old and I had my surgery
Jan 11, 2010. I finally had enough of being in pain, not sleeping, smoking, and being miserable. I was so unhappy before my surgery!

That's awesome. .! I to am three years out..also my dr and his staff has been with me throughout this journey. .I believe that's what makes a bamdster successful
