What are you eating today (Saturday) or yesterday?

Yesterday went pretty well.  Went to the gym twice, 30 min. on the treadmill each time.  Still having trouble after dinner, ate more nuts than planned.  I tried adding a carb. at dinner, didn't seem to make a difference.

B- Fiber one and yogurt

S- Protein shake

L- Turkey and sweet potatoe

S- Berries and cheese

D- eggs, turkey bacon and asperagus

S- 1/4 c nuts

Exercise- like yesterday, go to the gym twice.  30 min. walking on an incline.

Afternoon! I can not do NUTS where I have to portion them out, cause I snitch a few here and there out of the baggies! So I end up paying more getting the individually wrapped ones for 100 calories instead. I can't trust myself any more with them! But at least I am finally admitting it to myself. ; O

Breakfast:
I have been doing some "green" juicing for my mornings!!! And I soooooo am LOVING it! I do my normal breakfast (Greek yogurt w/fiber cereal) but I add cucumber, kale, spinach and 5 frozen strawberries to it all !!!!) I just put it in my Ninja juicer and its frosty, absolutely yummy and VERY satisfying!!!! And I am finding I have so much more ENERGY!!! (Could all be in my head, but it's still good for me).

Exercise:
30 minutes on elliptical done!
50 minute Spinning class done!

*****went grocery shopping, cleaned the house and chicken is cooking in the oven!!!! : o

Lunch:
Chicken breast
Chopped Bell peppers
Almonds
Olive oil
Raisins mini box

Snack: Click protein mocha!!!!

Dinner:
Salmon
Asparagus
( and a few of my hubby's sweet potatoe fries) ummmmmm

I'm pre-op but trying to get into some healthy habits. Thinking about how I will need to eat later.
Saturday
B: 2 cups coffee, 2 hard boiled eggs
S: smoothie with frozen raspberries, Greek yogurt, milk (no protein powder in the house right now)
L: tuna salad on whole wheat
D; Ruby Tuesday- petite sirloin, green beans and salad.

30 minutes of Wii Fit.
