What are you eating today (Tuesday) or yesterday?
Hey, one good day is a giant step forward.
My food plan for today:
B: protein latte
S: chicken liver pate w/ crackers
S: cinnamon oatmeal breakfast cookie
L: salmon, fennel & mushroom salad
S: smoked salmon w/ crackers
S: raw fennel
D: apricot-ginger pork, butternut squash
S: trail mix (chocolate Fiber One cereal, peanuts, banana chips)
Today's exercise class is weights and resistance training. Yesterday I did the senior citizens cardio class and gained a new appreciation for how physically fit I am. Some of those ladies are just a few years older than I am.

I'm officially 1 week w/ no after dinner snack and I'm not missing it. If I need to go back to it, I will, but so far, so good. Go me!!

S-Asst nuts; chocolate almond milk
L-Chicken and chick pea w/ spinach soup
S-Oatmeal and raisin "cookie"
D-Chicken and black bean burger w/ LF cheddar, sauteed spinach and carrots in garlic herb oil
